The following terms and conditions apply to subscription transactions.
i. Licenses are accepted on an annual basis
ii. Access details and print material cannot be circulated outside the purchasing location without prior agreement
iii. Permission is required from Lloyd’s List Australia before any part of any of our publications is reproduced in print or electronically.
iv. Licenses begin only upon receipt of payment.
v. Electronic access is made available by user name and password or IP restriction.
Subscribing institutions will be asked to sign a license agreement that restricts use to users and employees located at the designated site only. A copy of the agreement will be provided on request.
2. Termination of Licence
If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by e-mailing you at the address you have registered giving notice of one week. The agreement will terminate and your username and password will become invalid immediately. You can unsubscribe by e-mailing us at email@example.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject heading. Again, the agreement will terminate and your username and password will become invalid immediately.
3. Use of Material Appearing on lloydslistaustralia.com.au
For the purpose of this agreement, "material" means any material published on the lloydslistaustralia.com.au website including, without limitation all text, images and graphics of any nature whatsoever, regardless of whether the copyright or any other intellectual property rights rest with Informa Australia Pty Ltd, lloydslistaustralia.com.au or a third party.
You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on lloydslistaustralia.com.au
You must not reproduce any part of lloydslistaustralia.com.au or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.

6. Data Protection
Unless you have indicated on the registration form that you do not wish to receive direct marketing material, your personal details will be included on a database compiled for direct marketing purposes. If you have not indicated that you do not wish to receive direct marketing material, but change your mind about this you should notify Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon after this as is reasonably practicable, we will remove your name from the direct marketing database.
Any changes to these terms and conditions will be made available via the lloydslistaustralia.com.au website at least 7 days in advance of the changes taking effect and you will be deemed to have agree to the terms and conditions by accessing the lloydslistaustralia.com.au website following the changes taking effect.
8. Force Majeure

11. Cooling Off Period
Informa Australia offers a 60 day cooling off period for all new subscription sales and renewals. Should you decide you no longer wish to subscribe to Lloyd's List Australia within that period, a pro-rata refund will be supplied deducting the retail cost of the title/s and/or directory received within that time. No refund is provided for subscriptions cancelled after 60 days of the purchase or renewal date.

When you register for an event and/or subscribe to any of our publications, the registration form includes notices about privacy and requests for consent. Those privacy notices (called privacy statements) specify in more detail how any information about you may be used and disclosed. In particular, you consent to us collecting, maintaining, using and disclosing personal information about you and provided by you or by another person in accordance with the privacy statement in the application form and this policy.
The personal information we collect from these sources is your salutation, name, job title, mobile and email address. We also collect business information being your company’s name and address, your business telephone and fax numbers and a short profile of the company you work for. As well, we collect personal information about you from publicly available sources, or when legally required to do so.
The information we collect is used only to:
Verify your identity.
Assist you to enrol for our events or to subscribe to our publications.
Promote our events and publishing titles to you.
Maintain and develop our database.
Share information from time to time with other professional organizations.
We do not collect personal information by unlawful or unfair means, nor in an unreasonably intrusive way. In particular, we do not use electronic harvesting software, nor do we use lists which have been generated by means of such software.
2. How do we use and disclose your information
Information about an individual within a company is used by Informa Australia to promote its events, publications and other business services and to maintain its database. We give you the right to opt out from receiving communications from us. We may also make information about you available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. You can, however, have your name put on our do-not-share list by emailing us at email@example.com, by calling us on (02) 9080 4045 or writing to us at the address above.
At times we use third party companies to collect personal information and communicate with you via email or telephone on our behalf, in accordance with the Act. In all of these communications we ensure you will clearly be able to identify us.
We will only disclose personal information in accordance with the Act. This means that it will be disclosed if:
we told you when collecting it that it would be disclosed for that purpose or for a related purpose that you would reasonably expect;
we have your consent;
it is part of business assets which we are selling;

We also, as part of our updating procedures, ensure that any personal information no longer needed by us is either destroyed or modified so that you can no longer be identified.
We will, on request, let you know generally what sort of personal information we hold, for what purposes and how we collect, hold, use and disclose that information.
7. Access & Correction to your information
